Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using Koshcards AI, operated by Kosheganic LLC (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
Description of Service
Koshcards AI is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to generate flashcards from user-uploaded documents, images, and text. We offer both free and premium subscription features.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Free and Premium Features
- Free users receive 50 AI-generated flashcards
- Premium subscribers ($3.99/month) receive unlimited flashcard generation and additional features
- Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload or create. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your content for the purpose of generating flashcards. We do not claim ownership of your study materials.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload illegal, harmful, or offensive content
- Attempt to reverse engineer the app
- Use the service for any unlawful purpose
- Share your account with others
- Circumvent any access restrictions
Intellectual Property
The app, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by Kosheganic LLC. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app without permission.
Payment and Refunds
Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time, and your premium access will continue until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated flashcards will be error-free or suitable for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
Kosheganic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles.
